Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • New Zealand: 4-7 business days
  • United States: 5-9 business days

Pre-order Items
For items that are currently out of stock but available for pre-order, please note that they require additional time to be shipped. Pre-order items typically take 2-6 weeks to be shipped. We will keep you updated on the progress and estimated shipping date of your pre-order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can monitor its progress using the provided tracking information.

Multiple Items
If your order contains a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the in-stock items separately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments on the same order.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Please refer to the carrier's estimated delivery times for more information.

Shipping Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist where possible to help locate the parcel.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
